From the cool, elevated hills just outside of the city at our Myrniong vineyards, comes a wine that’s six years in the making: our first Riesling since 2018.Â
This extremely limited release captures all the hallmarks of a cool climate Victorian Riesling, where crisp mornings and slow ripening create fruit of exceptionally high quality. The nose shows aromas of fresh lime, citrus zest and white flower blossoms, while the palate delivers bright lemon, subtle mineral notes followed by a refreshing, mouthwatering acidity.Â
With a very limited quantity of cases available, this Victorian Riesling is best enjoyed now or cellared for further complexity. Pairs well with fresh seafood, oysters, spicy Asian dishes, and pairs best with friends who appreciate its rarity.
