From our vineyards in the Bendigo Wine Region, this Special Release Cabernet Sauvignon wine showcases fruit grown on the area’s distinctive granite soils, known for producing reds abundant with depth & character.
Carefully crafted in small batches, the wine was fermented & matured for 12 months in French oak barrels to build structure while allowing the fruit to remain the hero.
The palate opens with rich dark cherry, layered with notes of cassis, liquorice & warming spice. Subtle hints of eucalyptus add a signature regional touch, leading into a smooth, well-balanced finish.
A bold yet elegant wine, perfect alongside grilled or roasted meats, slow-cooked marinara heavy sauce dishes like lasagna or an aged cheese.
