Introducing the latest additions to the St. Anne’s Winery range, where Italian varieties Vermentino & Fiano bring fresh vibrance & a unique Aussie interpretation of these two exceptional varieties:

St Anne's 2025 Vermentino

Grown on the red Cambrian soils of the Heathcote wine region, our Vermentino is a light, zesty & incredibly food-friendly white wine – a refreshing alternative to Pinot Gris.
Tasting Notes:
  • Aromas of fresh herbs, lemon zest, and green apple.
  • A palate of vibrant acidity, savoury mineral grip, and lingering texture.
  • A savoury backbone that pairs beautifully with seafood, crisp summer salads, or a well‑chosen cheese platter.

St Anne's 2025 Fiano

St Anne’s 2024 Vermentino and Fiano are prime examples of Australia’s exciting evolution with Italian grape varieties, as well as St. Anne’s dedication to be consistently at the forefront of contemporary wine styles. These new varieties express Italian heritage with an Australian accent (a description that also describes our winemaking team). 
 
Our Vermentino dazzles with brightness and minerality, while our Fiano captures depth and aromatic richness—notably more than Pinot Gris—with a savoury finish that lingers long on the palate.
