Tatalia Cabernet – a richly structured– yet gently flavoured– wine from our Heathcote and Bendigo vineyards.
It’s an award-winning wine!
This delightful Cabernet Sauvignon features soft capsicum, and forest fruit tones. These notes are cast on a backdrop of toasted spices, imbued through its time in our French Oak Barrels. It is perfect for cellaring– anywhere up to ten years.

Our philosophy is simple: superior vineyard management, coupled with fine wine-making to produce
excellent wines. Our wines are an expression of our beautiful unique terroir and our family’s passion
for producing quality Australian wines.
With 50 years experience from a strong driven family, St Annes Winery boasts an exciting range of
premium wines sourced fruit from multiple vineyards throughout Victoria and NSW. The past 10
years has seen a shift back towards sourcing premium quality fruit from throughout central Victoria to
add to our ever expanding portfolio of wines. Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon being our focus, we are
working with multiple growers from Heathcote and Bendigo to create a diverse and dynamic range.
Fruit from Mount Alexander vineyards, in the southern hills of Bendigo will showcase a Chardonnay
of true style and value. Riesling is our dominant variety grown in Myrniong, current plantings to
include Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Noir with the aim to add these single site wines to the portfolio
in the immediate future. Our recently purchased Big Hill Bendigo vineyard will showcase Shiraz,
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot which will expand our portfolio to showcase wines from both cool
climate and warm climate vineyards.
