Introducing this year’s new St. Anne’s Rosé – made with Cabernet grapes!
Made in dry style, it’s light, crisp and zippy on the palate. Replacing our previous Dry Rosé made with Shiraz grapes, this new blend is similarly structured but packs more of a mouth-watering punch. With notes of ripe and juicy fruits like red cherry, strawberry, and red currant, balanced by underlying herbaceous notes of Cabernet. It’s smooth on the palate, with a lemon citrus finish.
It’s a flirtatious light pink with a higher acidity on the palate, making it a perfect refreshing choice for Spring and Summer! Due to the texture of this dry style wine, we recommend serving St. Anne’s Winery Dry Rosé SLIGHTLY chilled, rather than directly from the fridge. Dry Rose is a perfect aperitif. Try serving it with a cheese and fresh fruit platter. It’s certainly the new style for canapes!
