Pruning is well underway in our vineyards. First, we run our tractor mounted saws through the vineyard, then we come though and prune by hand. We need to have all the pruning done by the start of August, so it’s a long and cold couple of months ahead of us. Lucky we can warm up with a nip of Liqueur Tawny at the end of the day!
